Healthy Living Tips of the Week:

  • Drink 1-2 liters of water in the morning (before you eat/drink anything else) it’ll flush out toxins & get things moving!
  • Keep a set of dumbbells beside your bed, do a few reps before you get up in the morning & before you go to bed each night.
  • Got sore, achy muscles? Try a foam roller for pain & tension relief. Use over time will also help break down scar tissue.
  • Eat food rich in antioxidants, it can lower your risk for heart disease & will make your skin more radiant!
  • As little as five minutes outdoors can boost your mood! Just don’t forget your SPF & sunnies!
  • The ‘eye balling it’ method doesn’t measure up! So, measure out your portion sizes for food and drinks — it’ll help you cut out extra calories you didn’t even know you were consuming.
