The 30 Day Yoga Challenge is 4 days in and I’m already feeling the burn. Here’s the run down:
Day 1: still recovering from being sick and kinda wanted to ease back in to yoga, so I started off with my YogaWorks Relax & Restore DVD.
Day 2: don’t know what happened to easing back in to this yoga thing, decided to do a 30 minute a.m. beginners routine …
Day 3: HOLY $***!!! It hurt to move … didn’t let that stop me though, did a short and extremely light (self-guided) routine and laid around the rest of the day (aside from the pups twice daily walk and a short adventure for gluten free cupcakes at Gigi’s with the fiancé).
Feeling much less sore today, gonna preview the p.m. 30 minute routine to see if it is lighter and will probably do that before bed …
